Brooke had this the other day and I was jealous so I thought I’d have a go at it.
The leaves are half baby spinach and half basil, with baby tomatoes and feta cheese, and drizzled with this super nice olive oil that my parents got me for my birthday.
(cook the pasta, fry the tomatoes in a pan with the spinach and a bit of garlic, add the basil right at the end, crumble feta over the top when you’re serving)
Yeah, it’s super delicious.
You’re definitely an adult when people get you nice olive oil for a birthday gift.
Ahaha I know right! And it’s basically my favourite present from that birthday. And I’m super excited when I get nice socks for Christmas.
